Jamaica Blue Mountain is quintessentially a classic coffee in every respect. It’s rich flavour and aroma, full body and moderate acidity in perfect subtle balance, confirms its mark as the “Rolls Royce” of coffee origins.
Ethiopia Ygarcheffe is the cream of the crop, extravagant with almost perfumed character. The heavily dried fruited notes of apricot, mango and strawberry scents is found in its dry aromatic complexity whilst the wet fragrance is covered with rustic sweet honey and syrupy apricot fruit. This intensity delights the mouth taste with very distinctive floral aroma, a bright medium to rich and bold body with winy and berry undertones and a clean, mellow and smooth aftertaste.
Ethiopia Harrar has a sharp and distinctive acidity with a full body, and fragrant aroma. With a flavour that is rich and reminiscent of a variety of fruity tones showcases the birthplace of coffee well.
Sumatra Blue Batak is sweetly pungent but not earthy and has a lovely butterscotch aroma with some complexity. With a medium+ body, it has a light brightness of honey-lemon character over shadowed by notes of chocolate and a drying finish.
